CliqTags Spotter is compatible with any Apple iBeacon-compatible beacon set up for the CliqTags proximity UUID A6E3E006-BBC4-4DD1-9CA3-3E86C4957DF0, and a range of other UUIDs (private-labelled versions of Spotter can be configured to support any other UUIDs). Spotter supports geofencing via GPS, WiFi and cell ID too.
CliqTags also works directly with apps that support Eddystone-URL compatible beacons, without use of CliqTags Spotter.

We specifically have great experience of beacons from Wellcore, that are quite cost-efficient, and can be purchased via Alibaba. They support either iBeacon or Eddystone (separate units). The beacons can be customized with brand, color etc.
