Update: Snapchat also supports standard QR codes, that don’t require the procedure below. You just use the QR codes that CliqTags generate.
This enables printing/showing Snapcodes instead of normal QR codes, and as most younger people have Snapchat installed, reach them with your information.
The Snapcode to the right goes to cqt.se/cliqtags, the demo site for CliqTags.

Create a Snapcode
I found creating the Snapcode on a PC much more practical, as you download a high resolution Snapcode that you can directly print.
On a phone
So far only on iPhone, but will come for Android as well.
- Start Snapchat.
- Open Settings.
- Select Snapcodes.
- Click on Create Snapcode.
- Enter a URL.
- Click on Create.
- Possibly add an image.
- Click on Save.
On a PC
- Go to https://scan.snapchat.com/.
- Log in to your Snapchat account.
- Enter a URL.
- Click on Make a Snapcode.
- Possibly add an image.
- Click on Download Your Snapcode.
Read a Snapcode
This has been tested on Android and iOS.
- Start Snapchat.
- Activate the camera.
- Point at the Snapcode.
- Snap a photo.
- Confirm that you want to go to the site.
